So... After killing my PC with Spyware (long story, read my older posts) it was mamed beyond all recovery. I spent the weekend and re-loaded it from scratch. It's fast now! Feels like a real PC again.
I've also downloaded the latest free version of VMWare. I really like it. I really like the ability to Snapshot a Machine, test something on it (like possible spyware) and if it breaks the machine you simply click on the Restore Snapshot option and poof, you are back to where you started. Machine Virtualization is the future! |
